Found hair in both mine and my husband’s ice cream. We know it’s not ours because I’m blonde and my husband is bald. Employees were also not wearing their hair up or hair nets.
They never disappoint me
Went through the drive-through Wednesday 5-18-25 mid-afternoon. Three employees in the building, so did not have to wait long, but the banana split was very disappointing... Everything was halfway melted and the banana was not anywhere near ripe, in fact it was crunchy. Also, can't help but notice that the size of the banana split has shrunk.
