Received 2 gardenia bonsai in one box for Christmas, the packaging was great. Customer service was terrible when I discovered bugs. Still unresolved and 30 days is coming up.
Customer Service and marketing is lacking. We visited the nursery on 04/12/19 and we were pretty motivated to make some selections in response to their advertisement that said “free shears with $49 purchase”. We purchased 4 bonsai, fertilizer, and a humidity tray, totaling somewhere around $130. After our money was taken, the lady told us (unapologetically) that only online orders qualify for the free shears. Love my new bonsai ficus! — with Shane Martin.
Even though, My Trees were damaged by the carrier (Frozen), I asked for advice from Customer care, and had no reply. Wasted Money, wasted Trees, and not a very nice Christmas present for the wife.
