Ron is very unprofessional I have been trying to get answers for months to why Im been charged for a cancellation fee when Im on a month to month. He does not return calls and lies about sending emails.
Brussell treated my property in July 2018 and did a follow up visit but did not apply any treatment. I have been calling repeatedly to come and do the 2nd treatment but no manager or technician call me back. Maybe it was because i paid with cash thinking they are good at what they do. Now I have more bugs than I started with. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD TREATMENT!
