Had fun getting in some fitness on my Vaca at the welcoming,clean and friendly gym.
I have nothing but love for this place. I just completed my third workout session. This is a very positive community. I've watched CrossFit documentaries, but I still came in with many questions about workouts. They've been nothing but patient with me. Today’s workout was incredibly challenging. I didn't think I'd finish it, but Meagan and other class participants cheered me through the last set. Pretty amazing. I highly recommend this CrossFit gym. Excellent staff. Excellent folks.

Absolutely the best gym around, hands down. The workouts will push you every single day! You're not coming in to work out alone, the people surrounding you will push you to do your best and help you with any needs along the way!
