FREAKING AMAZING!!! I switched from strictly bodybuilding to CrossFit and found so much more than a workout. This gym has amazing community and is centered around God. I love the workouts each and every day and the Saturday morning devotional.
Had fun getting in some fitness on my Vaca at the welcoming,clean and friendly gym.
I have nothing but love for this place. I just completed my third workout session. This is a very positive community. I've watched CrossFit documentaries, but I still came in with many questions about workouts. They've been nothing but patient with me. Today’s workout was incredibly challenging. I didn't think I'd finish it, but Meagan and other class participants cheered me through the last set. Pretty amazing. I highly recommend this CrossFit gym. Excellent staff. Excellent folks.
