Our new puppies had a very nice first visit...the Vet in charge was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions...no issues whatsoever, had a very pleasant experience. However, when it came time to make my payment, it took us 3 days to call them with our credit card info, which I don't see as unreasonable, since they were not taking credit cards the day of our visit.In that time, we were called three times and I was left a voicemail on day 6 saying the police would be called if I didn't pay our bill.......which we had alr... read more
