Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I’ve had lots of work during my many years and my dentist always found something wrong with my teeth and going was just a huge weight on my shoulders. So, I started looking for another dentist bc I lost a crown and needed one ASAP. Dr. Michail is a god send. From the appointment counter, the dental assistant and the Doctor. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I genuinely felt cared for and at ease, which says a lot for a dental appointment.
