Amazing service. Deposit was super affordable and easy, she sent the contract and had a confirmation email sent out to me same day! Lily was effective in forwarding all the proper information along with making a schedule for the bride. (My daughter) I had a lot of questions leading up to the big day and Rosina personally texted me so we had a direct line of communication.
If I could give zero stars I would. From the very beginning Rosina lacked grace and seemed money hungry. I had to reschedule my date of service, and she kept money I had already paid and tried to charge me additional costs that were not written in the contract. I would not have known she was planning to charge me had I not asked her. She did not communicate what she had in mind for my particular case, and it was not written in the contract. While I do believe there isn’t cancellation guidelines outlined, I made it very clear and communicated multiple times how my deposits applied. I also did my best to accommodate your financial situation with postponing your wedding. Which is not something I offer and rescheduled your multiple appointments to fit you and your girlfriends schedules.
