I'm sorry you felt you needed to leave a 1 star review. Oakley has been one of our favorite Yorkie clients since December of 2014 and you have been wonderful regular customers! Today... while he was here he got the same awesome service, had a great time and all was well until Mr. Justice came in and demanded he take Oakley with him since he wasn't finished yet. I had JUST set Oakley down on the floor to clean up another little dogs head whose owner was only minutes away because she had gotten wet and messy in our water bowl.... read more
My pup is never traumatized with these sweet folks. She comes home happy. That's not been the case at other groomers. We are sticking with Brush Strokes!
They listened to what I wanted and were wonderful to my Bichon
I love the online scheduling. My Shih Tzu girls have been twice and both times have been excellent. I love that they are not stuck in crates on their visits. Everyone has been so nice and seem to be happy with their jobs! All around great experience!
Had a really bad experience here... my dog was injured while being groomed and ended up at the vet. Got the run around when it come down to helping with the unexpected expense....we will never go back and I do not recommend!!!!

I have a 9 y-o Lhasa Apso who's blind and has some behavioral oddities due to abuse before I got her. They were very good to her she wasn't upset in any format when I picked her up. Thank you so much.
