I transferred to Johnson City for work and needed somewhere safe, quiet, and pet friendly. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I loved the pool, my neighbors, the parking was good, and it was a really well taken care of townhouse. Nikki was incredibly responsive, kind, reasonable, and just a joy to work with. This is my first google review and I wanted to share that I really enjoyed living at Brush Creek and Nikki with DK management is the best. My boyfriend and I lived here for 1 year with our cat while I completed my residency. Brush Creek is a 10-15 drive from basically anything you need. I loved that the complex is quiet with a great half-court basketball court, a clean pool, and beautiful trees/nature surrounding it. The gym isn’t much but we didn’t use it. Do not rent here. They will do anything they can to not do their jobs. Within 1 month, my downstairs ceiling has leaked (after they "fixed" it), my toilet is screwed up, and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. And on top of that the emergency maintence number you NEED in the likely case something does happen, is impossible to get because they give you the wrong number on the phone (not the fault of the maintenance team, but the incompetence of the leasing company). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
