No one answers the phone. It goes to a voicemail that is full. It also mentions texting them, but also, no response via text. A friend gave me the number of Katelyn Ashby who is a stylist there. She replied once, but then ghosted me, and again ghosted me when I tried to follow up. Terrible customer service. Maybe the business is in trouble, because currently there is no way of actually contacting someone there that does no ghost you.
