Had a negative experience at Brush & Blow. The hairstylist seemed as if she didn't want to be working that day and took out that frustration on me. Our entire appointment was silent, I attempted to make small talk but she was unwilling to show any kind of friendliness towards her customers. The hair style she did fell flat 2 hours after I left. I went in for a blowout on Saturday and had an amazing experience with Danielle. I have fine, straight hair and wanted a true ’90s-style blowout—which is always a challenge for me because my hair usually has a hard time holding volume with a regular blowout. Nicest staff ever! I love the attention to curly/wavy haired girls like me leaving the salon with exactly what I asked for. My blowout with addition of curls always last me a week!! My go to stylist is legit any of the girls been going to all of them for years. They always leave feeling like a mermaid once they are done.
Made appointments for myself and two friends to get styled ahead of a wedding (we were guests, not in the wedding party). Our appointments started on time, our stylists thoughtfully listened to what we wanted and did not want, and we each walked out of there looking like a million bucks. My one friend has finer hair and hers still looked amazing the next day; mine was smooth but had lost the curling iron curls (which is extremely predictable). Definitely would recommend!!
