We brought our vehicle to Brush Automotive for repairs and were charged nearly $5,000. After finally being told the vehicle was ready, we showed up to pick it up — and it would not even start. Instead of standing behind the repair and making the situation right, we were told additional charges would be required. Extremely frustrating experience. Do not Trust !!!!! Do not Trust!!!!! My car had timing issue, I approached brush automotive.. they said my car needs new timing and estimated $1500 then I asked I’m putting $1500 on 136,000 miles car they said it works great and worth. Then they suggested change the water pump estimated $600 they said it’s worth doing timing along with water pump and then i tried driving my car it’s not moving. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place for anything!! I took my daughter’s car here to get the a/c looked at because it wasn’t working. They told me it was the a/c tube and they charged the a/c. This visit cost me 329.00! We had her car home for two days and the a/c still wasn’t working. So we took it back to them for the second time and told them the a/c still wasn’t working. So they looked at it again and said that it was a valve expansion that they had to fix.
