Had them work on me twice neither times did they give me what I asked for. I asked for Hollywood finger waves when I got there and was clear that's what I wanted, they took me in, washed my hair, and only once I was sitting in the chair they told me they couldn't do it and gave me a basic curl that I could have done myself.
