Arrived at 1:30pm for a 2:00 appointment and I was given a dock right away. At 2:45pm I was leaving the parking lot. Great experience for me
Good process for loading but even with that it will take 2-3 hours loading time, Any place you take this load it will be minimum 6 hours unloading time, If you have between 9-12 hours time for loading-unloading this is your load! Talking from my own experience!!!

Bring a lunch. Live hand load with blind side back in. They take stuff off of pallets and label then throw individually stack it box by box. Cost me $300 to relay load. Dollar General wanted 16 to 36 hours for unloading pillows and throw blankets.
