I am very disappointed with our experience at this practice. Initially, we were told that my daughter only needed Invisalign and would not require a palatal expander—even though her crowding was severe. When I called before phase 1 to express my concerns about the need for a palatal expander, my worries were simply brushed aside. After completing phase 1, it became clear that the treatment plan was not appropriate.
