Call to talk to service and NOBODY ANSWERS! Get transferred over 4 different times and then get hung up on! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION I’ll go find somewhere else that will give better phone care and actually talk and get help from

January 2026. Had a good experience there thanks to unknown honest mechanic and Amy, who does intake for the Service Dept. She is smart, efficient, and beautiful. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out. She makes you enjoy having car problems!
Terrible customer service and expect to do all the leg work. Never will call you back and will take months before they do. Also when you do get service it isn't actually done. AND if you wait for your car for service make sure you check in because they will lose your paperwork and you will be in the waiting room all day. Avoid this place at all cost. Back in November i was on a trip from Vermont to Oklahoma. About 11 hours into my trip my battery light came on and my altenator failed in my Tundra. I have taken that truck on numerous trips to the midwest and back over the years without any major issues whatsoever. A true testament to the Toyota Tundra, which mine now has over 370,000 miles, All that being said, i was basically in big trouble on the highway because the battery was failing fast.
