I just purcahsed a new toyota corolla 2025 at the end of last year. At 10k miles i was told the back right tire tread was 1/10 and back left was 4/10. I was advised they needed replaced. After only 10k miles on a new car my tires needed replaced. There respose was i didnt come in at 5k miles for my tire rotation and other than that its normal wear and tear. Call to talk to service and NOBODY ANSWERS! Get transferred over 4 different times and then get hung up on! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION I’ll go find somewhere else that will give better phone care and actually talk and get help from
I went in to purchase a new car. Dominic “Dom” Barker helped me with my purchase. He listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was amazing. He was so patient and helpful and I left extremely happy with my experience and purchase. Anyone needing a new car go see Dom at Toyota in Brunswick Oh
January 2026. Had a good experience there thanks to unknown honest mechanic and Amy, who does intake for the Service Dept. She is smart, efficient, and beautiful. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out. She makes you enjoy having car problems!
Terrible customer service and expect to do all the leg work. Never will call you back and will take months before they do. Also when you do get service it isn't actually done. AND if you wait for your car for service make sure you check in because they will lose your paperwork and you will be in the waiting room all day. Avoid this place at all cost.
