I moved my RV in March 2022 and had no issues with the crew. Unlike other mid-coast storage locations, I never had to shovel my rig out after a snowstorm.

Very easy rent and move out process, which can all be done online. Anyone that I spoke with over the phone was pleasant and helpful. The facility is easy to access and maneuver through. It also gives "safe" vibes, which I appreciated! Highly recommend this place!

We have had ongoing serious mice infestations in our 2 SUVs every year when we went South for the Winter. It actually cost well over $5,000 over the years, so in December I decided to try putting them in storage units. I contacted Dave and he was consistently wonderful to work with before and while the SUVs were in storage. A total professional, I always received quick responses and follow-up. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism combined with the hometown neighborly friendliness. I rented from them for 1 1/2 years, during which time they were very helpful in allowing the occasional flexibility with access hours that I needed. Any questions that I had were responded to in a timely manner. And, best of all, no rodent infestation (which happened to two of my daughters at other storage facilities)! I highly recommend them.
