I know any time you have to go to an ER for your animal, it's going to be very emotional and stressful. They handled everything perfectly and really helped me when my dog was injured. Highly recommend if you need to go see someone if your normal vet is unavailable. Staff members and main veterinarian were very kind and professional.
Beware!!!! this was my first and last time coming to this place horrible customer service! next time if I have to drive 100 miles to the next per ER I will.
Receptionist was nice but Dr. Strickland must have failed her class in bedside manner. Went in to have my beloved 13 year old dog with cancer put to sleep at 3:30am. Dr. Strickland had absolutely no compassion. Her only comment to me was did I want to stay in the room. I certainly wasn't expecting to be hugged or anything elaborate but her total non-caring attitude added to an already sad and heartbroken situation. I consider her to be extremely rude.
