I wish I could give six stars! Our family could not say enough about the customer service and technical proficiency of the staff at Brunswick Optical. It comes with a high recommendation from each member of our family! Together with fixing frames, they have taken care of our eye exams and selecting and ordering frames. A little over a week ago we booked an appointment to come in at 10:30 to have my daughter looked at for possibly getting contacts. We showed up and they told us we have no record of you and that they can’t see her today. The lady at the front desk was very rude unprofessional.
