Great staff!
The people who work in this office were incredibly lovely. I'm a nervous talker and they were so kind to me and helpful and I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience so much. I was immediately put at ease with the receptionist making jokes and being incredibly helpful and was pleasantly surprised at the small talk with the woman who kindly guided us to our choice of glasses. I highly recommend going to Brunswick Optical for your exam, new glasses, and/or contacts. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and Dr. Grucella is very professional and patient working with you to get an accurate exam. If you haven't used them in the past, they are very welcoming to new customers.
First visit very friendly and honest. Required to get a diabetic eye exam. Highly recommend so much as my wife also made an appointment.
Bought 700$ sunglasses and was told they would warranty my lenses within a year. Came back within that year and was told they cannot be warrantied. Will not receive my business again
