Great experience from start to finish. I recently leased a new vehicle, and Brett was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. Brett never pushed me or made it seem like all he cared about was the sale. I’m happy I decided to switch vehicles and go with Mazda. Highly recommend asking for Brett
TERRIBLE service and if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Dropped off a new purchase for an inspection and they damaged the windshield and then took DAYS to repair it. When I came to pick up my vehicle it took a lot of time and a lot of people saying “I don’t work in this department but let me find someone who does” before I was actually helped. Would not recommend this location.
I just purchased a Ford F-150 lightning (EV) and went to use the EV charging stations at this location to charge my new truck. I was having issues with my app and asked someone for assistance from Liberty Ford Brunswick’s service desk. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and kind. He even mentioned it was his off day and he was just stopping by to say hi yet he still offered to help me. Joel Cruz was great to work with. He got me a great deal on my trade in and went out of his way to find me the spec I wanted on my 2026 cx5. Props to Ryan for helping out with the tech set up as well. Look forward to working with them again.
