Took my car (2020 Mazda 3) to Brunswick Mazda for a simple warranty repair (oil leak). They melted the exhaust with a torch trying to get it off and broke an electrical connector. Brunswick Mazda then zip tied the connector on and gave the vehicle back to us. I took the car back to Brunswick Mazda and they said they fixed the connector. They did not. Eric E went above and beyond helping us. The service was great from start to finish. Had a couple of glitches with the Mazda CX 5 but we're resolved. Thank you again , would gladly buy another Mazda from him.
BEWARE! The service department here is morally bankrupt. My son brought his 2019 Mazda3 with 45k miles on it for an oil and filter change and tire rotation recently ($90 with coupon). While waiting they told him he needed a coolant flush for $200. The maintenance guide says that service isn't needed until the 10 year or 120k mile mark. MONEY GRAB SCAM. For 11 years I have had my car serviced at Brunswick Mazda. They have ALWAYS provided transportation since I work from home, 1 mile away. So today, I have an injured hip and can't sit easily, but new clerk flatly refused. But management straightened it out and I got a loaner car so I am revising my review.
Great experience from start to finish. I recently leased a new vehicle, and Brett was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. Brett never pushed me or made it seem like all he cared about was the sale. I’m happy I decided to switch vehicles and go with Mazda. Highly recommend asking for Brett
