It’s hard to describe how disheartened I am at this place. Mazda had a recall which they didn’t honor due to my mileage being 10k miles over their settlement amount. After a $5500 engine replacement exhaust fumes kept entering my vehicle through the HVAC. Taking the car back many times didn’t yield any results until exhaust fumes got bad enough to be poisoning my 4 year old. The interior started to smell like a car made 80 years ago. What a great experience, we looked at Mazda at a couple of other dealerships and ended up at Brunswick which by far the best customer service you can ask for!!! Ryan our sales person was so personable and understood our needs. The atmosphere was so inviting from the whole team and we never felt pressured. Their GM Eric stop by and introduced himself as well.
