This doctor is ridiculous. The doctor sent my father for testing which he did may 15th. On the 21st I received the results on his my chart so I called to make an appointment which they said they had not received the results. I called back a few days later and they said they still had not received the result which had been sent days ago. After being on the phone for 20 minutes and explaining all the details of his test eventually his result were found. The staff stating it must have gotten mixed up in all the other faxes. Dr. Kainth was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to our concerns. He made my father feel comfortable and well cared for. We are confident that he is in good hands moving forward.
