If you’re looking for a new bike, or just to get service done this is the place to go. Adam and all the staff are great and will go out of their way to make it right. They’re not like other dealers in the area. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to finish the upgrades.

Another awesome experience at Brunswick Harley-Davidson! The guys and gals in the service department quickly diagnosed the problem I created, fixed it fast even with parts delays due to our COVID circus, and came in under the initial estimate. And the cleaning job is stellar! I will never be able to say enough good things about every interaction with your team, and look forward to continue bringing my business here for years to come. Have stopped in several times in the past few years as I have passed through town and always fiund that everyone was friendly and helpful
so many great reviews for this place.I can not believe how crappy service was. I got wrong parts ordered. waited three weeks n still got the wrong parts put on my bike than was told thats what I ordered,I didnt want argue or wait any longer I just wanted my ride back. after being in their shop for a month my bike was returned with foot peg never put back on.if I want it put on I'd have to get there before 4. I work a full time job so I had to pick up my parts n put it on my self. after 3200 dollars n month of waiting. great ... read more
