This apartment complex in my opinion is very unprofessional. I was looking into the renting from them but they require you to apply for the apartment prior to viewing it in person. Who does that? I wasn't made aware of this until after I was at the scheduled viewing and no one showed up. That was a complete waste of my time, as a working mom I rushed to get there on time just to be rescheduled without a simple phone call. I'm very disappointed because I thought this apartment would've been great for me and daughters.

It's a nice and quaint apartment for a small family, but there's a rat problem that seems to never be permanently solved. No matter how many times we call maintenance and no matter how many traps or rat poisoning gets put down they a l w a y s come back. You'll basically be sharing your space with them :/
