I wrote a negative review about a poor installation. Bryan at Brunswick Floor responded and replaced the carpet in the room concerned. Thanks Bryan for attending to this.
This job was for second home on st Simon’s. I’m not there all the time and so I didn’t notice the poor installation until about six months after the job. Numerous calls were not returned. I went into location with a picture of the bad installation and was promised I would hear back. Never did. On a subsequent call they said the issue was a repair, insinuating I did the repair or hired someone to. Numerous more calls with a promise to look at the issue with no follow up. I was short 20 tiles, purchased elsewhere. Original store ran out and I called several places. Alexis at Brunswick Floors called the manufacturer and ordered within the hour. She was helpful and communicative. Awesome experience!
Eddie and James came and replaced the floors in my Mama's house and they were so nice and professional. They offered to do anything they needed to for her be able to move around the house while they were working. Five out of five stars from me!!
Got a guy to come out and quote on fixing previous carpet and agreed on the price and put a deposit down to fix. Then the workers came out and said it couldn't be fixed and said they'd get a new quote on more carpet and let us know. Called us with an outrageous price and we declined. Tried to get our deposit back and didn't even get half back because they ordered the carpet without us picking it out or aggreeing with the price. Made us pay for their mistake. Terrible customer service and communication. Would not reccomend.
