Before my first appointment, I was surprised by the negative reviews I found online. However, since specialists are limited in New Brunswick, I decided to proceed. After my experience, I can confidently say that those bad reviews do not reflect my experience at all. From the front desk staff to the nurse and the dermatologist, everyone was pleasant, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to explain the next steps. Although the dermatologist was running an hour late, that's common in many practices due to high demand.
Like everybody says, do not go there. They completely ignored the reason my doctor sent us there and after a few second at looking at a mole with a magnifier they said it wasn’t cancer and there is nothing they can do. I never went there for cancer concerns…
I'm so grateful to have a dermatologist in this city whose full-time job is being a dermatologist. I've always been happy with my treatment. One of my children also sees Dr Turchin and she has expressed appropriate concern about his symptoms and comfort, and makes sure that he is seen regularly.
Visited this clinic today for a minor cosmetic procedure. The actual visit itself was over in less than 30 minutes, from parking to getting back into the car. Everyone, including the receptionists, the nurses, and Dr. Turchin herself, met my expectations. The wait time as posted is currently 6 to 9 months, but that’s the state that our healthcare sector is in, and I really can’t fault the clinic for that.
