Don’t bother calling. They say they only answer the phone between 8am and 11am however it’s currently 10:17 and I’ve tried calling 5 times with no answer 🙄
Unusually poor office management. Tried calling the night before a procedure to cancel it and the system does not allow any type of voicemail. I then called six times during business hours and the receptionist immediately tells you that you will be put on hold. Again, no opportunity for a voicemail for a simple cancellation. To my knowledge, negative reviews towards receptionists are towards receptionists no longer employed at the clinic. One must consider in vising this clinic the astounding workload taken on by this clinic given the vast scarcity of dermatology clinics available in our province. Wait times do not reflect the operations of the clinic, rather the state of the healthcare system.
