Front desk lady was very nice and kind, everything was on time and efficient. People need to have more patience and be thankful we have access to a dermatologist. Great experience.
They don’t take maple referrals because…reasons????? They’ll refer you to e-visit for something you already have and delay your care even further. They also want you to take off your shoes? Very gross in a public building.
Slow service, very slow
Before my first appointment, I was surprised by the negative reviews I found online. However, since specialists are limited in New Brunswick, I decided to proceed. After my experience, I can confidently say that those bad reviews do not reflect my experience at all. From the front desk staff to the nurse and the dermatologist, everyone was pleasant, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to explain the next steps. Although the dermatologist was running an hour late, that's common in many practices due to high demand.
Like everybody says, do not go there. They completely ignored the reason my doctor sent us there and after a few second at looking at a mole with a magnifier they said it wasn’t cancer and there is nothing they can do. I never went there for cancer concerns…
