Excellent Location, Friendly Park – Nice neighbors, good mix of recently retired and other residents who have been here for many years. Brunswick was voted #3 place in USA to retire in 2005 by Money magazine and others. I can see why. The park is close to a cute town and about a 1/2 mile to the hospital and doctor's complex. Going into our third year here.
Excellent Location, Friendly, Clean, Quiet – Excellent location in a fairy tale like coastal Maine town. The Park is the lee of the well known College: Bowdoin. This is a quiet Park, with many friendly long term residents (30 yrs+) who have seen no reason to move anywhere else. Senior Friendly. Good "good site" Property Management. Perfect place for Snow Birds like me. Clean, safe and VERY reasonable rent.
