Great place but I thought it was weird that I was trying to make an appointment for over a week and a half now, and no one ever answered the phone. Drove there today with the hope that I can get an oil change only to discover that the place is permanently closed. No letter was sent, no email no phone call… Nothing. I was a customer for over 25 years, now I have no idea where to go to get my wheelchair accessible van repaired. Everyone needs to know, since they did not announce it anywhere that I can find, nor change their phone message - they have CLOSED permanently - just a sign on the door that says, 'RETIRED :)'. This would be fine, they were a great group of people and Bob and Len deserve to retire, but they never let us know, even on their phone message. Never coming here again. Update: I figured to do an update to save people from greedy unprofessional businesses that take advantage of costumers during this trying time...Brunswick automotive is unprofessional.
