I stopped in to speak with a Service Advisor to get a rough estimate for an oil change/tire rotation on a 2019 Dodge Durango. The Service Advisor I spoke to, Jazmine, had absolutely no idea how much a simple oil change/tire rotation was. I found it very odd that a service advisor could not give me a rough estimate for those services on one of their most popular vehicles?
