Car was in shop 4 times in one month for the same problem. Never fixed, Bad communication. Strange hours. After thousands of dollars and frustration I had to take my car to another to be repaired. Bad service
I was new to the area and took my car to Brunswick Transmission for clutch / transmission problems. I told them that I had heard from other auto workers that the car may have transmission problems but I wasn't sure. They told me my transmission was fine and replaced the clutch. The car drove for only 3 weeks before it continued to have the same problems it had before repair. Upon taking it back to Brunswick Transmission they told me that now for another $1000 I needed a new transmission!!! I tried to argue with them concerni... read more
