Great maintenance people. They are ON IT!
I’ve lived in this apartments studio room about 3 years ago, and Here are the pros and cons: Pros were the maintenance guys showed up quickly, no heater/hot water issue. And also apartment entrance gate is perfectly restricted so no homeless guys cannot come into the apartments. Cons were there were noisy tenants, and not properly sealed door so dust comes in from the hallway and occasionally mice too (never had bugs tho). Also the elevator literally looks like it was installed in 50s and I guess I am lucky it never crashed.... read more
