He was repeatedly rude to us at nearly every appointment. My puppy nipped at the handler, because he was so scared, and Dr. Brunswick's comment was: "That's a deal breaker". I'm not sure what that meant, but he didn't seem to understand that our puppy was frightened. He is very curt and impatient, so we decided to switch vets. I only wished we had done so earlier.
