I wish I could give a minus point.. I went to visit Dr. Huang as a family Dr. The office management is really mass. The blood test was available to reach me after almost half year. I couldn't believe that they wait so long even one of the item in my blood test was out of the range. And now they sent me a mail saying they are retired now and transfer me to another Dr, at the same time send me the bills (I only visited him twice and he send me both charge twice) which I already paid.
