I ended up calling BL & Associates after a different appraiser was dragging out communication for several days. So I'd give them a five for responsiveness. The appraiser was friendly, seemingly experienced and readily gave advice. Full ratings there. The final appraisal document required several modifications before it was accurately describing our property. So they seemed a bit rushed. Probably deserves a 3/5 rating for thoroughness.
