Just an overall poor experience with them. Quoted us a time frame of 6 weeks, took over 10 weeks and there was zero communication until I reached out asking why it was taking so long. Told us the job was done when clearly it wasn't. They replaced some of our gutters along with doing the roof and the gutters have had nothing but issues since they replaced them. They removed a downspout on one side of the house and now water just leaks from that corner. They used colored screws on white trim. Terrible communicators and sub-par... read more

Finishing work leaves a lot to be desired. The crew removed my gutter guards, and when we called about them putting them back up, (my father called) Cory told him that he'd told me they were all broken. He had told me no such thing. They were perfectly fine, which I discovered when I put them back on myself. While I was putting on the gutter guards I discovered mortar and debris (nails) in my gutters that I cleaned out.
