Shoutout to Bruno's for doing work that my dealership couldn't manage to do (Langway VW in Manchester, VT; avoid them!) I brought my car in for what seemed like a simple brake job but turned out there was some serious issues with the rear drum brakes and wheel sensors on my '11 Jetta. Now I'm braking fine, all my dash lights are gone, and I feel a lot safer in general on the road. I've been taking my Audi's and VW to Bruno's for close to 15 years. I live in East Harlem, but I make the trek to Bruno's because they are always honest, reliable, friendly (are willing to answer all my questions), and priced fairly. They aren't the cheapest (less then the dealership), but I think they are the best. My father was a German auto mechanic and we spent a lot of time fixing and rebuilding cars when I was a kid so I know these cars and I would know if they were trying to rip me off. Bruno"s totally ripped me off. I went there for a second opinion for my transmission and ended up with a $ 1,500 bill. Tom the shop manager is an idiot. Stay away from this shop. O stars, I'm 54 years old and this is the worst experience I have ever had at any shop, anywhere... GO ELSEWHERE
