Pretty great Italian food in Brea! Went here for Father’s Day and it was pretty good! I really liked their bread that came hot and fresh and also their calamari was great too.
We had a wonderful dinner for a party of 14 people on a Friday night. Usually big groups don’t always get great service but Bruno’s delivered - the food, drinks and service were outstanding. The food was great, especially the fried calamari. The service was even better. Maybe the facility needs a touch of upgrades, and it would be nice to have paper hand towels in the restrooms instead of a wall blower. Just a suggestion, play Italian music/songs would be a plus.
We had a reservation for 6:00 PM and arrived around 5:45 PM. The restaurant was not busy when we got there, but after checking in, we were left waiting without much communication. The employees at the front, Lilly and Kathya, appeared to be chatting with each other while we stood there waiting. A simple acknowledgment or update, such as letting us know our table would be ready shortly, would have made a big difference.
