i’m from brooklyn and the food is old fashion brooklyn. it was worth the trip. can’t wait to come back
Enjoyed the cooking class, delicious!
Had the BEST time with friends last night at Bruno’s. Had no idea this place was here but I will now be a regular. The absolute best quiche I’d ever had! All the food is freshly prepared with homemade ingredients. Bruno himself is a class act and as authentic as it gets.
Their food is fresh and delicious 😋 regardless of what you order. I had an amazing dining experience.
Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! Also love the specials, had the Shrimp and Lobster raviolis last night and it was over the top excellent. My wife and I sat at the “bar” last night which is a huge treat. You have the opportunity to talk with Cal about the different dishes he’s preparing. I had the spaghetti w meatballs they were awesome
We have eaten here numerous times and have had great food. Today we went for lunch. My wife had the Eggplant parmigiana which was great!! I had the pasta bolognese. I hope they take this critique to heart. The bolognese missed the mark badly. It was tasteless. There was virtually no meat in the sauce. Not sure why, but had this dish at many other restaurants with great success. It appeared that their sauce was not made or simmered long enough to bring out the flavor of the meat and other spices. Absolutely phenomenal! Arancini and fiocchi - no one makes these, at least not properly! Bruno's was a very tiny hole in the wall, cramped seating - the ONLY downside to this amazing place!
