Poor food, service, and atmosphere – After experiencing mind-numbingly slow service in a cheap, strip-mall atmosphere, I was insulted by the manager for having the apparent audacity to issue a complaint. I'd eaten here several times in the past, and been generally pleased with the food (lamb shanks and raviolis are outstanding), so I ignored the poor service that has always seemed consistent, but on my last visit, the food was bad as well.
Do not eat at Bruno's Italian Bistro!! – The food and service were bad. The food was cold, tasteless, boring and not representative of what this website reviews said. We ordered the antipasti as an appetizer ($8.99). It was small (considering the cost) and it was missing half the items listed on the menu. After we complained, they added a few more things but not everything that was in the menu. And no apology or explanation from the waiter. The bread was old and hard.
