I generally don't have the time, will or need to write reviews, but I feel it's important to give kudos where deserved. I was in town for an important event as my hair was a disaster. I was recommended by a colleague to try Bruno Salon in Brooklyn to fix my bad/orange hair. I called to set an appointment for a Friday afternoon and they were very accommodating. I went to Bruno's for my wedding and was so horribly disappointed by the rude receptionist the horrible make- up job and the out of date hairstyles that I had to come home before going to the church and fix everything. Even my bridesmaids felt ripped off and were quoted different prices than what they were charged. The owner was horribly rude to me as the disappointed bride and absolutely disgusting to my very offended bridesmaids.
