Used to be a client of Bruno’s. Called in a few times to try to get help setting up my small business only to have his secretary feed me the same BS line about Bruno rearranging his schedule and will call me back. Instead of just being professional and saying Bruno isn’t taking any appointments right now so I could not waste time and find someone who could help me.
