Poor customer service- prepaid and no response. Don’t recommend using this company
Should be able to leave 0 stars. Purchased 2 custom logo jacks over 2 years ago. Charged my CC in full and won't return any calls or texts. Even the office manager couldn't help me and said it's up to the owner. AVOID doing any business here.
If I could give less than 1 I would. Will not return calls, double charged my CC for a new Jack and have received nothing.. Empty promises excuses via text and messenger. no one answers the phone during office hours.
