Extremely terrible service and even worse customer service from owner Mark. Has poor communication skills with his crew and they can't seem to follow simple directions! Had numerous email correspondence with Mark, always excuses, we'll try better next time, will do better when we're less busy, says there's a different crew sometimes so communicating what needs done is hard for him. Brunner Lawn Care has great customer services. I like that when I have an issue they are very timely in resolving it. Keep up the good work.
It is so nice to have the same crew come mow my lawn every week. They are a great couple of guys. They are so respectful and they even offered to help me take my groceries in.
We have a three year old lab. He is a great dog. He is an outdoor dog and we do not let him inside. Before we had Brunner Lawn Care come work for us we asked Mark if that would be a problem. He said normally he would prefer to have your pets inside, but he would accommodate us. While we were home Mark and his crew came over to our house and introduced themselves to my lab, Henry.
