Lighting was flickering on tv most likely led strips need to be replaced, guy says it's 350 dollars to repair while talking over the phone and parts would be difficult to find. 5 minutes of searching on the internet and I find the part for 17 dollars. I'm not going to pay you 330 for an hour of repairing my tv.

Had a LG OLED break on me. LG warrantied parts and Mike repaired it. Was a little tricky as a component failed and the replacement caused another one to fail. Mike worked with LG to make it right and fix almost all parts to make sure they didn't have to make another trip to our house. Great value.
Was able to make a warranty service call on my Hisense TV. It took 6 days to get service. They replaced the electronics in the TV. They were good Tech's but my Hisense TV is still Dead..
