Zero stars!!! Absolutely avoid this company if you are a property owner seeking management of your property. I retired from the Air Force and found employment out of state. I hired Bruni Karr to manage my home as a rental property, and I regret it! While they "managed" it, they allowed a tenant to break the lease, charged me cleaning and repair fees when that tenant left.
