Staff Responds In A Timely Manner – We’ve lived in a Brunetti Realtors apartment in Richmond heights for the past two years. We feel that repairs are done timely following report to the office. My House Is Very Nice - No Problems With Brunetti Realtors – My experiences renting from this company is brief. The lease started September 1st of 2010. It was a full month before I could move in and since then have not called the office except for the one day this spring when someone had their car stuck in the yard in the front of the property. I've Been Happy With Brunetti Realtors – I have been a tenant since December 1st, 2007. My interactions with Brunetti Realtors and with the repair men have been pleasant. On a couple of occasions when I needed repairs, I got a return phone call promptly, and maintenance was scheduled and carried out in a timely fashion. Aside from two other minor maintenance issues, I have been happy with Brunetti Realtors. I like the apartment and the neighborhood, and for the most part, being one of your tenants has been a good experience.
DO RENT FROM BRUNETTI REALTORS - RESPONSE TO BEAVERS – The statements reported by Donnie Beavers are completely false. On November 25, 2009 a judge in Warren County took judgment for possession plus $3,625.00 plus court costs against Donnie Beavers, a tenant residing at 113 Plum in Holstein in Marthasville, 63357, MO. Further, Beavers refused to leave the premises after a 10 day statutory move out date and was removed thanks to the actions of the local sheriff. Beavers left the home in deplorable condition. Great Company! Highly Recommended – I have known Bernardo and his crew at Brunetti Realtors since 2006. I personally know that Brunetti Realtors takes great care to make sure their apartments are in tip top shape. The company is continuously upgrading properties, and they’re very attentive to the maintenance needs of their tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM BRUNETTI REALTORS – I rented from them in June. They don't hold up to their end of the lease. They won't make repairs. My heater wont work and they refuse to fix it. The emergency maintenence number goes to a fax line. They send people onto your property without the required 24 hour notice. They violate Missouri landlord tenant laws such as forcing you to pay rediculous security deposits. Now they are trying to evict me and my pregnant girlfriend three months into the lease stating violations of laws that do... read more
