Highly recommended for bathroom renovation. Staff are great to search out and find product. Ownership very responsive. They have done two bath renos for us.
This company in my opinion could care less about getting the job! My project was either too small for them and/or they are too busy and were not interested - whatever their reasons it took them 4 weeks to get an incomplete quote to us and this was after several emails asking for an update. 4 weeks to get a quote that was promised within a week at the latest according to Mandi when we met to discuss details about the project and scope of work. I’m not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so to warn customers. I was recommended by someone to go with this company to fix our backup sump pump. Mischarged our bill twice and did nothing but give a quote of 800$ then changed the quote to 1600$ within a matter of 20 minutes and did not fix anything just ate up time talking on the company dollar.
