On 11-16 came back as i thought it has been awhile and ill go use a coupon I had and then modify the review. The lady was rude at check out. The one I go to in Springfield if it comes to 1.99 or less then the coupon just adds what I need on their end somehow and its done and im good. Not here. Nope, store of people and she tells me im 2 cents short of using the coupon. So I go replace it with one 2.00 card. Store is very lovely & they have a nice selection of cards & gifts
Don't bother. Just go to one of the stores in Springfield. They have a slim variety of cards and when I went to use a gift card type coupon on a sales item was informed I couldn't but I've done the same thing untitled times at the Betsy hallmarks in Springfield. Won't be coming back! Not worth the lack of customer service either the lady working there was short and rude with every question I asked.

Such great people work here. So helpful and friendly. I found the best items for a birthday gift and enjoyed shopping the Christmas displays.
