Failing to perform a paid service can lead to increased wear and tear on your tires. I suspected that Bruner Toyota was not rotating my tires properly. By marking them, I was able to confirm my suspicion and address the issue with the shop. So here I am, with more time waiting for my vehicle. But I guess they “made it right”. Will this happen again? Most definitely.
Mr. Bruner, Cory, Errick and Rusty are awesome! I loved helping them with the Vince Lombardi Trophy this week.
