Abby was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our first Toyota. She was very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. After test driving a couple we decided on a Camry and are well satisfied.
Great friendly and efficient staff
Great customer service! Abby Land and the Bruner staff found us exactly the car we wanted and answered all of our questions. Great Hometown Hospitality!
Doesn’t matter the company, remember to mark your tires. While $20 may seem insignificant, the expense of tires is substantial. Failing to perform a paid service can lead to increased wear and tear on your tires. I suspected that Bruner Toyota was not rotating my tires properly. By marking them, I was able to confirm my suspicion and address the issue with the shop. So here I am, with more time waiting for my vehicle. But I guess they “made it right”. Will this happen again? Most definitely.
Mr. Bruner, Cory, Errick and Rusty are awesome! I loved helping them with the Vince Lombardi Trophy this week.
