I love Susan Bruner has been a friend and as my psychiatrist ….very helpful she’s wonderful and so is her receptionist I wouldn’t change her for anything …. I don’t know why she has a low rate unless you’re wanting medication she won’t supply
I've been seeing Susan since 2013, and she has always treated me with compassion and respect. I relocated to the West Coast, but returned to Eastern Washington in 2016. I drive myself to see her, because I value her expertise more than anyone in my current area. I highly recommend her. She doesn't push drugs, allowed me to return to a functional, independent and normal life. After 4 years and months of DBT (useless) torture at Spokane Behavioral Health. I actually cried when Susan said to me during an appointment, "I believe you." She consistently treats me with a respect I have never known from another medical professional. I also find she is well-educated on the disorders she is treating, which has not been my regular experience with other providers in my past. She has fully listened to my history, my goals, and my concerns, and we discuss making changes based on what I Am experiencing, not what I "should" be experiencing. My daughter, Chantelle Marie Blessing, is now dead because of Susan Brunner. She is unprofessional, gives val gives meds like candy and doesn't give a crP about her patients. She new my daughter was drinking and TAKING the prescribed Zantix for my daughter. Plus adderall and other meds. She knew she was drinking. Chantelle had a seizure and died from all the mixture of everything plus what she prescribed. I am still considering turning her in so that others won't die from all her selfish things and reasons.
Susan Bruner is a kind, professional straight-talker. She's got a lot of compassion and good humor, but she doesn't sugar-coat things - she's pretty blunt and treats you like an adult. If you want to be patted on the head and endlessly affirmed, she's not the practitioner for you. I've been her patient for about three years and have always felt better for having spoken with her. Her receptionist is professional and courteous, period. No complaints at all.
