I used to like getting my oil changed here, but not anymore. Video inspection results are not informative. Fluids weren't topped off, tire pressures were not all set the same, oil life system was not reset; even though the report says all of these were done. How am I supposed to trust that my oil was even changed? Isn't Stephenville getting a Take5?
I liked the video which gave me a better idea of what had been done and looked at during the oil change. I also appreciated the information about future suggested services and the approximate costs for my jeep as I would like to keep it in good condition. I give you five stars.
